There is a different criterion to follow for a regular priced gown return and a sale priced gown return. For regular priced gown returns, you may either return OR exchange. For a sale gown return you may ONLY do an exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee on regular priced returns. If you are doing an exchange you must include a check for $15 (domestic) or $35 (international) payable to Promgirl in order to cover the exchange expenses. Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable; only exchangeable. If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable. Invisible Bras, Increasers, Shoes and Jewelry are also NOT returnable. Dresses can not be returned after the event date. Refused packages are charged Restocking fees 20%.
There is a time limit on any returns or exchanges.
Please call our toll free number, 1-877-900-PROM or email us at email@example.com within 3 (THREE) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions and we will issue a return authorization number. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without this return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special orders are not returnable and not exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock.
